Description: The Hotel is located near the Golden sands beach resort and next to the Trifon Zarezan restaurant. It`s around 50m from the main road and 100m from the beach. It`s in a quit and tranquil area next to some other small family hotels. It has a big yard with seven parking places, a pool with a bar and a back yard with a place for barbecue and a firelpace. It has five floors. The ground floor has an entrance from the main yard and another one from the backyard. The total built area of the hotel is 1 152 sq.m. It consist of 36 rooms and 4 apartments. Each one has a TV and a fridge. All the apartments have gorgeous sea view as well as most of the apartments. The two star hotel is working properly even at the moment. It has all the needed documents and meets all requirements. It`s built seven years ago on a plot with an area 1 100sq.m. According to the new building permissions in the moment a bigger building could be built.
